By Satoshi Sugiyama TOKYO, Sept 24 (Reuters) Japan s ​Honda Motor ‌is in the final stages of preparations ‌to ​build ⁠a new hybrid ⁠vehicle production plant in Ohio, the ​Nikkei business daily ⁠said on ⁠Thursday. Honda plans ​to invest ​about 300 billion yen ‌to 400 billion yen ($1.90 billion ⁠to $2.53 billion) in the new plant, ⁠expected ‌to ⁠start production ​in ‌2030, the ​daily said.
